I dont normally rave about great customer services as it should be the norm in this day and age but when someone goes beyond the exceptional then they deserve a bouquet or two.... I live about 1hr out of town and I needed new curtains and blinds. When I contacted Freedom Hastings they listened to what I was looking for, asked pertient questions that I hadnt thought of. Then sent me samples of roller blinds and fabrics via courier for FREE.
They called to make sure the samples had arrived then helped me with making a selection and getting a quote. they then drove out to my home to make sure that my measurements were correct and I hadnt made a mistake , which was wise as I had on one window, distaster averted. They made the experience so easy .
